Your birthday is a significant time as it represents a year of learning, experiences, and new goals to set for the future. For these young ladies, their Bat Mitzvahs are one of the most important days of their lives, as it represents their transition into adulthood. 

Over the last decade we have coordinated many of these celebrations, each one different with a new set of ideas to bring to life. Our years of experience has led us to build a strong network of suppliers and venues, so we are able to execute new and unique requests. The events pictured here showcase a variety of these celebrations, all with different themes surrounding to these young ladies’ hobbies and wishes. What we prioritize the most during the planning and decision making process is that it reflects the personality and wishes of the bat mitzvah celebrant. It is also a priority for us to reflect the parents’ wishes by creating a high quality, welcoming atmosphere for all the adults attending the event. The events pictured here showcase three of these celebrations, all with different tailor-made theming. 

This gorgeous celebration pictured here took place in Rotterdam in a gorgeous mirrored museum. When speaking to this young lady and her family about what she imagined, it was clear she wanted a dreamy, artistic, whimsical vibe which reflects her personality. This theme is what led us to choosing this venue, which had reflective walls and ceiling and really brought her theme to life. Because of these reflective surfaces, we had to get creative when doing decor; since we were not able to hand anything, we did tall centerpieces on the tables to bring the eye up. The decor was her favorite colors, shades of blues and purples, and we also had a custom photo wall made. Every detail of this event reflect the bat mitzvah and her family, down to the small details like vegan candy being handed out to each guest.

The next Bat Mitzvah we did was a garden party celebration that took place in The Hague. This celebration happened under unique circumstances, as it was during the pandemic. During our planning process we kept in mind anything could change… and it did. The day before the event, the government changed the rules for group celebrations. So the original event was not able to take place. What was originally a beach theme party, that the venue that could not host anymore, turned into an intimate backyard garden party. Despite this change, the event became even more special! 

Finally, we want to showcase this magical party that took place in Amsterdam. This family has a gorgeous backyard space, which they used to host this event. The only issue is the pool in their backyard… but with great suppliers and some teamwork, we turned the pool into the dance floor and transformed the entire backyard space! This bat mitzvah and her family wanted the theme to surround her love for magic, specifically with nods to Harry Potter, and have it be very colorful, naturally focused, and a good vibe. We had excellent caterers who set up a stunning walking dinner buffet, lemonade stand, dessert buffet, while also incorporating Harry Potter themed food and desserts!

These are a selection of some of our favorite Bat Mitzvah celebrations, each one showcasing a different personality . This celebration is one of the most important days of these young ladies lives, and we take pride in making it unforgettable.
