At Art2Arrange, we are able to provide a variety of services customized to your needs. During your consultation, we will assess the areas we need to focus on. This lovely couple came in with some wedding knowledge already, since they are the owners of event venues. They also own a vacation home in the south of Spain, where they had their wedding. Because of these factors, it became clear the role we would take on… We would fully take over the planning process the month of the wedding, so that the couple could relax. We would inform the inform the officiant and also put a lot of focus on the ceremony. We of course also handled day-of-coordination, so that they could fully enjoy their wedding weekend. Now, let’s recap this magical weekend!

On the first day of this gorgeous wedding there was a welcome party, which was a nice way to bring together everyone who traveled. This party took place at a gorgeous hillside villa, which many of the guests stayed at. This villa was equipped with gorgeous amenities like a yoga studio and fitness center for the guests staying there, but was also the perfect place to host a welcome party! This couple chose a BBQ style dinner, with a relaxed but fun vibe, and chose to have both a DJ and Spanish guitar players to set the mood for the weekend.

The next day was the wedding day itself, which took place at an incredible luxury beach club at a five star hotel. The ceremony was outside on the beach, and our team worked diligently with the officiant to create an incredible program for the ceremony, as the couple wished to really focus on this part of their day. We had an incredible florist who transformed the beachfront inside a garden oasis. Following the magical ceremony, everyone enjoyed drinks during cocktail hour, and shortly after dinner began. The dinner was a gorgeous and cozy set up with long tables accompanied by the same amazing florals which completely transformed the space. Every inch of the space was decorated in fresh flowers, there was hanging bulbs from the ceiling, candles on the tables, hand painted shell seating cards, and more beautiful details. After a delicious dinner, the sun set and the party was in full swing! This couple brought incredible artists from Holland in to preform, including Jenny Lena, Joël Borelli, a live band, and DJ. They were all an absolute hit!

On the final day of this lovely wedding weekend, the couple hosted a farewell lunch. This menu focused on local cuisines and was Spanish tapas style in honor of their destination wedding location. Speaking of destination events, one of the tasks we took on for this event was the booking of flights and hotels for many of the guests, as we are also a certified travel agency. Hiring a planner who can book these things takes the pressure off the couple and the guests, which creates a more relaxed and luxurious experience.
