Our team at Art2Arrange understands the importance of your birthday, especially when it is such an important coming of age moment in a young man’s life. Our Bar Mitzvah celebrations are one of the most important days of their lives, for themselves and their family, as it celebrates their transition into adulthood.

We have been lucky to coordinate many Bar Mitzvahs over the years, each one different and equally exciting with a new set of challenges. But these years of experience have lent us an excellent network of suppliers, venues, and overall knowledge about how to execute new and unique requests. What we prioritize the most during the planning and decision making process is that it reflects the personality and wishes of the bar mitzvah. The events pictured here showcase three of these celebrations, all with different tailor-made theming. 

Whether they love football and sports, festivals and music, or the outdoors, we have been successful at showcasing these themes through elements of design, venue location, games and activities, or through food and drinks! We also make sure to reflect the parents wishes by creating a high quality, welcoming atmosphere for all the adults attending the event.

Here you will see a sports, casino, modern atmosphere. This celebrant loves sports and football, his favorite team being the Ajax football club! It only made sense to choose the iconic Johan Cruijff Arena as their venue for this celebration. And what a surprise it was for him, as he got picked up in the team bus for a private tour of the arena! Hosting this event in the upper lounge provided an epic view of the field below and the entire arena. For decor, we went for sleek and fun, with the goal of creating that party atmosphere. For entertainment, there was an entire casino area and arcade games. Hosting an event at Johan Cruijff Arena for a massive football fan was an unforgettable night for the bar mitzvah, his family and friends, and our team!

Now we go to a festival themed celebration at the lovely De Hallen Studios. This space serves as an excellent venue for private events as this studio has high ceilings, large windows, great facilities, and is neutral colored allowing us to create a masterpiece! This celebrant loves music and festivals. So we made sure this reflected in the decor and vibe. This included lounge areas with nice couches for people who wanted to relax. Picnic tables and high tables for eating instead of traditional style seating. Lots of rugs and hanging lanterns to warm up the space. And also, serving dinner out of food trucks! We wanted to create a socially welcoming atmosphere that encouraged conversation and brought you to the dance floor as the night went on.

These are a selection of some of our favorite Bar Mitzvah celebrations, each one showcasing a different personality. This celebration is one of the most important days of these young men’s lives, and we take pride in making it unforgettable.
